A study of 2,000 adults revealed just how different generational eating habits are – from timings, to what meals contain. The research found 43 percent of adults believe breakfast is the most important meal, and over half (52%) believe it sets them up for the day. And while 35% of adults believe breakfast is their healthiest meal of the day, this rises to 46% of Gen Z.

Healthy Breakfast: Smoothies and smoothie bowls
Colorful and visually appealing smoothie bowls became a hit among young people. These bowls typically contain a thick smoothie base topped with a variety of toppings like fruits, nuts, seeds, granola, and even edible flowers.
Caffeine Alternatives
Many Generation Z individuals are exploring alternatives to traditional coffee for their morning pick-me-up. Matcha lattes, turmeric lattes (also known as golden milk), and herbal teas are gaining popularity.
